For me, the biggest hindrance has always been #2, as it’s much more difficult to write correct English as a non-native English speaker… It actually slows down my work quite a bit, because nowadays, in order to avoid most of the mistakes and goofs, I always google the phrases that I’m unsure of how to use correctly.
